One person was killed Saturday afternoon in a crash in Bluffton after a vehicle left the roadway and a second vehicle struck an ejected driver, according to officials with the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
Troopers said a Ford Mustang was traveling east on Bluffton Parkway when it left the roadway, struck the median and then struck a tree around 12:49 p.m. near Soperton Drive.
The driver was ejected from the car into the westbound lanes of the parkway, and an oncoming Genesis SUV struck the ejected driver, who sustained fatal injuries…
