SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – Two people lost their home in a house fire Monday night on Lorraine Court but no one was injured, according to the Savannah Fire Department.
Firefighters were called to the 2200 block of Lorraine Court at 11:58 p.m. Monday, January 19, 2026, after reports of a house fire. Crews arrived to find smoke coming from the roof of the home.
The Savannah Fire Department extinguished the fire by 12:20 a.m. Tuesday, January 20, containing the blaze in about 22 minutes. Two residents will need to find temporary housing due to damage from the fire.
