SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — The family of the man shot and killed during an SPD officer-involved shooting has started a GoFundMe.
The family of Mark Dennis Whibbey Jr. has started a GoFundMe to cover his funeral and memorial expenses.
The 27-year-old was shot and killed last Thursday by a Savannah Police officer after several 911 calls were made about a man waving a handgun in the Plant Riverside district.
