The South Carolina Attorney General’s Office has announced that a Hampton County woman has been charged with assaulting an assisted living facility resident in Beaufort County.
In a news release on Tuesday, Attorney General Alan Wilson announced that his office’s Vulnerable Adults and Medicaid Provider Fraud unit (VAMPF) has arrested Latoya L. Fennell, 49, of Early Branch, S.C.
