RINCON, Ga. (WSAV) — The City of Rincon has declared a State of Emergency amid extreme cold temperatures and ice accumulation.
At approximately 1:20 p.m., the City of Rincon has declared a State of Emergency effective immediately following hazardous conditions “that pose a serious threat to public safety, transportation, infrastructure, and essential services.”
