BRYAN COUNTY, Ga. (WTOC) – A controversial nickel refinery is in the early stages of trying to set up shop in Bryan County. Now, the company is threatening legal action against the Chairman of the Bryan County Commission.
In January, representatives from Westwin attended a Bryan County Commission meeting and presented a petition they say was signed by 3,000 residents who supported the project.
