Officials with the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport in Georgia confirmed emergency response teams are on scene responding to a grass fire on the premises Sunday evening. They said flights and runways have not been impacted.
Garden City Fire-Rescue posted to their Facebook page that they are currently responding to the fire alongside Savannah Fire Department, Pooler Fire-Rescue and Airport Fire Services.
