SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — A 20-year-old charged in connection with a 2024 shooting was indicted in Chatham County on Wednesday.
James Alvin Ellison, 20, was formally charged with aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, according to court documents.
Ellison, who was 18 at the time of the shooting, is accused of shooting someone in their left shoulder on Aug. 16, 2024.
He was granted bond on the conditions of $50,000 bail and an ankle monitor on Jan. 29, 2026, for this case…
