SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – The Savannah Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred on March 1 in West Savannah that left one man with non-life-threatening injuries.
SPD reported they responded to multiple ShotSpotter alerts near the intersection of Lavinia St. and Harden St. around 11:15 p.m. on March 1. Officers said they combed the surrounding area when they were signaled to an injured man. They reported that they discovered a victim inside a vehicle in the area of W. Victory Dr. and Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.
SPD reported they gave the man immediate medical attention until EMS arrived to take him to Memorial Health University Medical Center. The investigation is ongoing…
