Mobile mammography unit to offer no-cost screenings in Savannah

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – Eligible women can receive no-cost mammograms March 31 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. when the St. Joseph’s/Candler mobile unit visits the Chatham County Health Department at 1395 Eisenhower Drive.

Screenings are by appointment only and are open to women age 40 and older who do not have health insurance coverage. Space is limited. Appointments can be scheduled by calling the Chatham County Health Department’s Breast and Cervical Cancer Program at 912-356-2946.
