HARDEEVILLE, S.C. (WSAV) — Parker’s Kitchen cut the ribbon on its newest location Thursday, making a $20,000 donation to the Jasper County School District.
The donation is part of the “Fueling Our Community Program”, which takes a percentage of gas sales every Tuesday, and has given out more than $3 million to local schools.
Greg Parker, founder and CEO of Parker’s Kitchen, said, “Education is the tie that floats our shirts, that creates economic opportunity, lowers crime, and increases jobs and performance. So we think it’s the foundation of all the giving that we do.”…
