A violent chain of events that began in Bulloch County Sunday afternoon ended with three people dead in neighboring Bryan County, authorities confirmed.
According to a statement from Bryan County Sheriff Mark D. Crowe, the incident began around 4:00 p.m. Sunday, March 8, 2026, when a man in the Nevils community of Bulloch County stopped to assist a motorist who had reportedly run out of gas near his home.
