Savannah area home sales rebounded slightly in February after January’s large dip, according to market research from Redfin.
There were 126 homes sold in February, up from 108 sold in January this year. Still, February’s sales remained below the three-year low of 146 set in January 2025.
February’s home sales were also a 32% year-over-year decrease. There were 185 homes sold in February last year. The Savannah Morning News’s Feb. 13 property transfers column noted that monthly home sales have been in general decline since July 2025, with the three-year peak hitting 261 in May 2024…
