‘It’s gonna get crazy’: St. Patrick’s Day celebrations kick off on River St.

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – The shamrocks are out in downtown Savannah. The music is loud as the city gets closer and closer to Saint Patrick’s Day.

Residents and tourists are packing River Street Friday night, all in the St. Patrick’s Day spirit.
