BEAUFORT COUNTY, S.C. (WSAV) — The driver involved in a fatal crash that ended the life of a Beaufort County mother has been charged with felony DUI.
Isabelle Zinko, 23, was arrested Friday and charged with felony DUI resulting in death. Her arrest is in connection to a March 16 crash on Brickyard Point Road that ended the life of 31-year-old Hailee Shackelfurd, a Beaufort County mother of two.
