BEAUFORT COUNTY, SC. (WTOC) – A Beaufort County woman has been charged in crash that left one person dead.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol arrested 23-year-old Isabelle Zilko. of Port Royal, on Friday after being involved in a fatal crash.
According to SCHP, Zilko was the driver of a 2004 Toyota pickup. While traveling north on Brickyard Point Road just before 1 a.m. on March 16, the pickup ran off the road, overturned and hit a tree.
Zilko was taken to the hospital and the passenger of the vehicle, 31-year-old Hailee Shackelfurd, died from her injuries…
