SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — A Hinesville man has been sentenced to 70 months in prison after threatening to kill federal employees.
Alexis Beatles, 44, has been sentenced to federal prison on two counts of interstate communication with threats to injure another. He was also fined $1,500 and will serve three years of supervised release after he serves time.
On Dec. 18, 2024, Beatles called a Department of Veterans Affairs hotline and threatened to kill federal employees and crash his car into the Savannah VA Clinic.
