SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — Health departments across the Coastal Health District are encouraging residents to take advantage of free sexually transmitted infection testing throughout April in recognition of STI Awareness Month.
More than 2.2 million sexually transmitted infections were reported across the United States just two years ago.
