A 264-acre industrial property in Garden City sold for $168.5 million, according to the Chatham County property transfers database. The site is located at 130 Prosperity Dr. and appears to be home to a large warehouse. The property appraised for $107.6 million in 2025, according to Chatham County property records.
The property was sold by Savannah Main Gate LLC, which appears to be an LLC of commercial real estate company McCraney Property Company. Savannah Main Gate LLC has matching registered addresses with McCraney Property Company, which also has the Garden City warehouse site listed in its online portfolio.
