POOLER, Ga. (WSAV) — Growth is taking center stage in Pooler Monday, as city leaders prepare to review several major development proposals that could significantly shape the community’s future.
From hundreds of new housing units to expanded industrial space, the decisions made at Monday evening’s council meeting is expected to have a lasting impact on the fast-growing city.
At the top of the agenda is a proposed 303-unit development off Canal Bank Court. The project would require rezoning to allow for multifamily housing and is likely to be a focal point of discussion.
