CHATHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WTOC) – According to the Chatham County Police Department, officers responded to the Frank Downing Fishing Pier off Diamond Causeway on the Moon River Monday night after a driver took a vehicle all the way to the end of the pier.
Police say two people who were fishing at the time were nearly hit by the car, neither person was injured.
