TYBEE ISLAND, Ga. (WTOC) – Tybee Island police are asking for the public’s help identifying a person of interest in an ongoing trespassing investigation.
A local resident has dealt with individuals trespassing in their yard and tampering with their personal property for some time, according to police. During some of those incidents, police said the perpetrators left notes with cryptic messages, suggesting that the resident was “being watched” and that “they were not alone.”
Surveillance cameras recently captured footage of an individual tampering with the resident’s property. The person was accompanied by what police said appeared to be a younger female companion and is believed to have been using a golf cart for transportation…
