SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – Poor air quality with smoky conditions will linger into Thursday, possibly longer. Temperature wise it was near perfect late April day, but we’ll be warmer through the end of the work week and beginning of the weekend. A cold front will be near us on Saturday giving us a better than nothing chance of rain.
Thursday: 52° in Statesboro, 57° in Savannah, and 61° on the islands to start the day with afternoon temperatures near 86° inland and 79° at the coast. Plenty of sunshine and smoke due to the Brantley County wildfire.
Friday: 59/86 mostly sunny and potentially smoky…
