Firefighters battle brush fire in Effingham County as dry conditions fuel multiple blazes

[ORIGINAL STORY] Firefighters in Effingham County spent the evening battling a fast-moving brush fire that forced a road closure, and officials say dry, windy conditions are making fires harder to stop.
