POOLER, Ga. (WSAV)– Pooler City Council voted to rezone more than 100-acres adjacent to the wetlands Monday night, which paves the way for hundreds of multi-family homes.
Developers are seeking to develop 303-townhomes, single-family dethatched and cluster-style homes at 1400 Canal Bank Court. This property neighbors the wetlands and is located in a flood prone area.
