Stamp Out Hunger food drive to benefit Second Harvest

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — On Saturday, May 9, 2026, postal workers will deliver more than just the mail.

On May 9, residents are encouraged to fill grocery bags with nonperishable food items and place them by their mailboxes before mail delivery. Letter carriers will collect the donations along their routes and deliver them to Second Harvest of Coastal Georgia for distribution throughout the region.
