CHATHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WSAV) — A single-vehicle crash killed a 48-year-old male after he was ejected from the driver’s seat on I-16 Tuesday afternoon.
The Chatham County Coroner’s Office confirmed Thursday afternoon the driver killed was Germin Manuel, 48, who died as a result of blunt force trauma.
