CHATHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WSAV) — A man accused of a 2024 murder was indicted Wednesday by a Chatham County Grand Jury on charges of murder and unlawful gang activity.
Elijah Roundtree allegedly shot and killed 23-year-old Cinsere Ward on May 18, 2024, while reportedly shooting at a different man. Another juvenile male was injured in the shooting.

According to court records, the indictment accuses Roundtree, associated with the gang 2BG, of conducting and participating in criminal gang activity by shooting at another person, instead hitting Ward.
