Man indicted after Savannah teacher killed during DHS/ICE pursuit

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — The man accused of vehicular homicide that killed Savannah teacher Linda Davis in February was indicted Wednesday by a Chatham County Grand Jury.

On Feb. 16, Oscar Vasquez-Lopez attempted to flee a traffic stop initiated by the Department of Homeland Security/Immigration and Customs Enforcement (DHS/ICE) when he crashed into Davis’ vehicle on Whitfield Avenue.
