SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – Law enforcement agencies across Coastal Georgia are stepping up seat belt enforcement as part of the national “Click It or Ticket” campaign running from May 18 through May 31.
Savannah Police Department and the Effingham County Sheriff’s Office are joining the Governor’s Office of Highway Safety in the annual awareness and enforcement effort aimed at encouraging drivers and passengers to buckle up before every trip.
