Maple & Ash Scottsdale has unveiled a collection of seasonal dinner offerings that lean into the lighter, brighter side of the menu while still delivering the elevated dining experience the restaurant has become known for. Located along the Scottsdale Waterfront, Maple & Ash has built a loyal following since opening in 2019. Originally launched in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood, the concept combines contemporary design, attentive service and wood-fired cooking to create a modern take on the classic steakhouse.
