Vandelay Companies is continuing its expansion into Arizona with plans to bring its popular Hudson House restaurant concept to the Valley. The hospitality group recently announced that two locations are slated to open in 2027, marking the brand’s Arizona debut.
The first restaurant will anchor PV, the $2 billion mixed-use development by RED Development, while a second location is planned for Heritage Park, the mixed-use development in downtown Gilbert’s Heritage District. The announcement follows continued progress on Drake’s Hollywood, another Vandelay Companies concept that is scheduled to open in Old Town Scottsdale in fall 2026.
Inspired by the charm of New York City’s West Village, Hudson House has built a following for its blend of East Coast flavors and hospitality. The restaurant combines a nostalgic, polished atmosphere with a menu that balances fresh seafood, comfort food favorites and classic American fare.
