Simon Marstokk and Michelle Schwartz are looking to build an attached accessory dwelling unit for their home to add more space for guests but on Aug. 26 at the Tempe Board of Adjustment meeting, the motion to approve the extension was denied.
Schartz and Marstokk reached out to 75 households to answer questions about these changes and brought concerns to the meeting.
