The parking garages at Phoenix Sky Harbor are crumbling and need extensive structural repairs, according to city documents.
On Aug. 26, the Phoenix City Council approved a contract for up to $105 million for contractor PCL Buildings Inc. to repair the parking garages for Terminals 3 and 4 at Sky Harbor.
The agenda from the August meeting says the garages are “exhibiting signs of structural deterioration and are in need of comprehensive structural repairs.”…
