A landmark McCormick Ranch property is entering its next chapter as The Lakefront at Scottsdale breaks ground on a roughly 100,000-sq.-ft. mixed-use redevelopment. Led by Scottsdale-based Diversified Partners, the waterfront project will bring together restaurants, curated retail, Class A office space, outdoor gathering areas, and new experiences designed around the property’s lakefront setting.
“Having grown up within two miles of this iconic McCormick Ranch location, I know firsthand how much this site means to the neighborhood and the City of Scottsdale,” says Scottsdale Mayor Lisa Borowsky, in a press release. “My family and I have lived within walking distance for nearly 25 years, so this site holds an incredibly special place in my heart. I’ve witnessed firsthand the level of care, quality and attention to detail Walt Brown and his team bring to the table, and I couldn’t be more excited to see what they have in store for our neighborhood. I am certain creativity, luxury and a welcoming experience will be front and center while honoring our beloved McCormick Ranch lake area.”
