Nonetheless, the unbuilt residence in Paradise Valley has been put on the market for a whopping $29 million. According to the listing , which is held by Mike and Mary Jo Santistevan, the 11-acre estate, to be known as Serenity Heights, will be perched atop the area’s “highest and most coveted view lot.”

The desert compound, designed by architect Ivan Shongov in collaboration with Kurt Holland of Incline Custom Homes, will comprise a 16,000-square-foot main house, two guest houses, and an eight-car garage. Plus, there are a ton of other over-the-top amenities planned.
