GLENDALE, AZ (3TV/CBS 5) – Glendale police described a frightening scenario for an 11-year-old girl that led to the arrest of a man who allegedly tried to kidnap her late last week. Joseph Leroy Ruiz, 37, was arrested after police say he tried to grab a fifth grader who was walking to school around 8 a.m. on Friday.
