PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) – A woman accused of robbing a pawn shop says her accomplice told her to steal guns shortly before he was killed in a shooting involving Phoenix police officers, according to newly released court documents. Felicia Louise Evans, 25, was taken into custody following the shooting on Saturday afternoon.
