Police identify man killed in central Phoenix crash

PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) – The Phoenix Police Department identified the 61-year-old man who died after crashing into a cement irrigation outlet on Thursday morning. Officers were called out around 7:15 a.m. to the area of 16th Street and Missouri Avenue. When they arrived, they found Mark Miller seriously injured after crashing his car. He was rushed to a nearby hospital where he later died from his injuries. At this time, detectives are still working to learn more about what led up to crash. No other information has been released.
