73-Year-Old Driver Arrested in Connection With Fatal Hit-and-Run of Motorcyclist in Phoenix

Phoenix streets became the scene of a tragic end to one life and the start of a reckoning for another last December. As reported by FOX 10 Phoenix, 31-year-old motorcyclist Katerina Penrose sustained serious injuries from a hit-and-run on December 14 that led to her death in the hospital. After an extensive investigation, Phoenix PD have their suspect in cuffs. According to their announcement on February 4, the driver believed to be responsible, 73-year-old Paula Miller, has been arrested, facing multiple charges, including fleeing the scene of a deadly accident.
