A restaurant chain that’s like Dave and Buster’s on steroids is opening a 95,000-square-foot location in Chandler later this month, weeks earlier than the springtime opening day that was originally planned.
Andretti Indoor Karting and Games is an entertainment-themed restaurant franchise that offers everything from booze to go-kart tracks to bowling. The franchise has multiple locations across the southern United States but hasn’t yet made its way to Arizona.
Until now.
That will change on February 28 when the franchise’s new restaurant opens at 1712 South Cooper Road in central Chandler. The site is on the south side of Loop 202, right near Chandler Airport Center.
The facility will include “high-speed electric Superkarts on a multi-level track, State of the Art Arcade, Hologate VR, Hyperdeck VR, Limitless VR, a Two-story Laser Tag arena, Spark Interactive Duckpin Bowling, and a 7D Xperience Motion Theater,” according to the company’s website.
It will also have a full bar with beer and “specialty cocktails,” a restaurant serving American food like wings and burgers, and about 6,000 square feet of event space for parties or other large gatherings. That’s available for booking starting March 15.
