PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) – Newly released video shows a robbery that led to a deadly police shooting in Phoenix last month. On Jan. 27, authorities received a 911 call about an armed robbery from a pawn shop owner near 19th Avenue and Indian School Road. “I just had somebody steal a few guns from my shop. They’re walking across the street. They’re on 19th Avenue and Indian School,” the caller said. “He literally smashed the cases with a rock.”
