GLENDALE, Ariz. – Two people have been arrested in connection with the death of a 21-month-old boy in Glendale, according to newly released court documents. Francisco Javier Felix Higuera and Maria Isabel Machado Perez were arrested on Friday. Perez is the child’s mother and Higuera is her boyfriend, according to the documents.
