MESA, Ariz. – A man has died and a woman is in the hospital fighting for her life after a car they were in crashed into a palm tree, according to the Mesa Police Department. Police said the crash happened on Saturday afternoon on Superstition Springs Boulevard, just south of Baseline Road.
