PHOENIX (AZFamily) – One person is dead, and another is fighting for her life after a crash caused a vehicle to erupt in flames early Friday morning. According to Phoenix police, the collision happened near 35th and Sweetwater avenues around 6 a.m. When police arrived, they found a car on fire after it crashed into a large pole. A woman was standing outside the vehicle, and she was rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
