The venue proposed near Scottsdale is slated to have 48 indoor pickleball courts, two padel courts, 12 outdoor courts, and a championship court that could seat 5,000 viewers. Pure Pickleball & Padel will be situated on 11.44 acres east of Loop 101 between the Topgolf and OdySea Aquarium. The 186,000 square-foot venture will rise at the Riverwalk development by CaliberCos on Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community land.
