Worried family members discovered the decapitated body of a woman after she failed to turn up to her surprise 50th birthday party. Teresa DeJesus Cruz Rubio, 49, from Arizona, had been contacted by her family to confirm her attendance at the surprise party around 3.40pm on Friday, as reported by Glendale police.
