PHOENIX – Scottsdale Police have released new information surrounding an incident that led to officers gathering in a neighborhood early Thursday morning. The incident unfolded in the area of Scottsdale Road and Hancock Avenue. Scottsdale Police say their officers were involved in a vehicle stop when the vehicle failed to yield.
