Two Separate Shooting Incidents Leave One Dead, One Arrested in Phoenix Amidst Rising Violence

A man’s life was cut short late Monday night after a shooting incident unfolded in a Phoenix neighborhood, with another unrelated shooting occurring yesterday morning close to the city’s downtown area. According to FOX 10 Phoenix, the Phoenix Police Department responded to reports of a person shot at 33rd Avenue and Fillmore Street just after 11:30 p.m. last Monday, upon their arrival, officers discovered 45-year-old Darryl Skinner with at least one gunshot wound; he was pronounced dead at the scene.

In connection with Skinner’s shooting, 47-year-old Craig Arnwine was arrested on Thursday, the Phoenix Police Department is accusing him of multiple charges, this includes murder and Arnwine is currently housed in the local jail awaiting trial as the investigation continues, as per FOX 10 Phoenix details. However, details surrounding the circumstances of the shooting remain under wraps, with authorities keeping a tight lid on the events that precipitated this tragic loss of life.
