FOUNTAIN HILLS, AZ (AZFamily) — Phyllis Anderson says she recently discovered her garage door was getting more difficult to close and open.
“Tell me about the garage door problem,” On Your Side’s Gary Harper asked. “How did you know that there was a problem?” Phyllis replied, “Well, I had noticed a couple of times when I would pull in it would sound funny, or it would stop, you know when it was about a foot or two before it hits the ground.”
Then, one day, when the garage door was closing, Phyllis says she heard something break and watched as the garage door slammed to the ground. “It sounded like metal crashing to the ground on cement. It was loud.”…
